Q: How do I become a Pursuely client?

A: Clients begin their relationship with us by purchasing one of our four career packages. Our career packages are key to our client's success and each package offers its own exclusive benefits. Additional solutions we offer can be purchased as add-ons to the current package. 

Q: How do I place my order?

A: Orders must be placed online or over the phone. For online orders, click on the "Customize & Order" button that is located on the career package details page for the package you wish to order. If you would like to order over the phone please call us +1 (720) 927-3200 during our normal business hours.

Q: What happens after I place my order?

A: After you have placed your order and upon successful payment, you will immediately receive two emails from our Client Success Team. One will contain details about your career package including your client account number and the date the period of verification will expire. Your client account number must be provided to us any time you contact us via email or phone. The second email will contain details on how to activate your Pursuely online account. Your activated online account is required for you to access and download your assigned references and credentials that are included in your purchased career package. This document will be under the "Shared Documents" section of the "Home" screen.


The shared documents section will not appear until your document has been uploaded by the Pursuely® Client Onboarding Team and usually takes between 24-72 hours after you placed your order. Also in your online account portal, you can view and manage your career package subscription, extend your verification period, order add-ons, view and update your payment details and download your personalized Pursuely documents.
